What to expect in a Smallbridge Yoga Therapy session.

If you are interested, please book a 15 minute free phone call using the email response form (see contact). We can discuss how I can support you. Once you filled in an intake form, and we have our first intake session, I will create a yoga therapy plan to use as a guide for us to work with.

This plan can, and probably will be changed according to your needs. It is recommended that you have
6 sessions as the benefits of yoga therapy can be slow to develop, to fully embed long-lasting lifestyle changes, establishing some new routines, and changes in limiting beliefs.

Our first session is the initial consultation, based on your intake form. I may ask you some more questions or ask for clarification. This session takes about 90 minutes, while consecutive sessions take 60 minutes. We working together towards you goal and I will support you with the skills I have to facilitate a session through exploration, safety and regulation. Everything I offer is an invitation.

After each session, I will recommend some practices for home work. Healing with yoga therapy comes from developing a home practice

I work within the ethical framework of The Minded Institute, where I trained. Yoga therapist are required to have regular supervision in order to work effectively, safely and ethically.
